How to Create an Account
There are two ways to join Survae: 1) request a free trial account for you and your organization; or 2) respond to an invitation from someone else, who has already created a Survae account.
Create an Account
If you sign up for a Survae account yourself, you become the owner of the account and can invite others to join your account.
To create an account for yourself, visit survae.com and click on any of the links on the website for a free trial account. When you sign up for a Survae account, you'll enter your name and email address, and we'll send you an activation email. The time it takes to receive the activation email can vary. If you haven't received the activation email, please check your spam folder.
When you receive the activation email, click the link to activate your account. This will take you to Survae, where you can create a password and access your account.
All accounts start with our free test tier. You don't need a credit card to sign up. If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan at the end of your test period, we'll need your credit card information or billing information (if your account qualifies for invoicing). We cannot accept bank transfers, e-checks, or checks from users outside the United States.
Join an Account by invitation
If you are invited to Survae by another person, you are being invited into their account, where you can collaborate with them. You will receive an email from us as a first step, asking you to confirm your account. Please click on the link in the email. This will take you to Survae, where you can create a password and access your account.
Permissions for what you can do once invited to another account depend on the settings that the account owner has determined for you.
